The occurrence of a stroke happens when blood supply does not adequately reach a part of the patient’s brain. Due to this phenomenon, the brain tissues are unable to receive oxygen and other vital nutrients and brain cells begin to die in minutes.   • Prevention of recurrences :
    A recurrence of stroke is common among patients. Recurrence prevention forms a major aspect of care plan objectives
  • Prevention of diseases associated with Post Stroke :
    Stroke patients can experience various other diseases post they have had a stroke. Some common diseases are Depression, Cognitive Decline,etc. To counter this from happening, it is important that the patient has a strict monitoring schedule and any changes in condition are actively reported and treated for
  • Pain Management :
    Post stroke patients generally suffer from pain after a few weeks of having the stroke. The pain is of different types like Musculoskeletal Pain, Spasticity Induced Pain, Central Pain,etc. And each type requires a tailored approach.
  • Prevent the development of Bed Sores :
    Since the patient post a stroke can be bedridden for long durations, it is important to avoid the development of bed sores. One of the techniques used for the same is continuous positioning of the patient
